There is a gravel parking area for up to 30 vehicles.
Old & New Ranch
Amidst spacious, rolling meadows, both the Old Ranch and New Ranch accommodate the overnight needs of up to 75 people in a dormitory-style bunkhouse. Popular for family reunions and weddings these facilities have a large kitchen with commercial appliances. Picnic tables and a large centralized fireplace adorn the great room; bunk beds line the open loft above. Differences between the two facilities are few but significant. The New Ranch, open year-round is nestled on the edge of the great meadow among trees; this facility is insulated with upper decks and full size lower bunks. The seasonal Old Ranch complete with exposed beams and large barn doors make this a spacious and rustic venue. The base rate for these facilities is $200 per night. This includes the first 25 overnight guests; it is $8 per person thereafter with a 75 person maximum. Parking is limited to 30 vehicles. Check in is 4:00pm. Check out is 1:00pm. All day use visitors must have a $5 pass.
Youth Camp
This seasonally open camp provides a unique and secluded area for a group event. With over forty historic buildings constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps, this area is a special part of Silver Fall’s history. All buildings retain the rustic charm that this camp was originally intended for. The centralized camp area features a recreational hall, a craft building, dining hall, shower house and other quarters for leisure. A large field, campfire ring, rock wall, baseball diamond and creek provide space to recreate. The dining hall is equipped with seating for one hundred, commercial grade stove, walk in refrigerator and freezer, and dishwasher. The cabins for overnight stay are divided into four loops; each consisting of two leader cabins (equipped with power) six camper cabins, restroom and unit lodge. The cabins are of rustic construction with screen only windows and wooden plank bunks. Availability is limited to spring, and late summer. The base rate for this facility is $800 per night. This includes the first 80 overnight guests; it is $10 per person thereafter with a 250 person maximum. Parking is limited to 50 vehicles. Check in is 4:00pm. Check out is 1:00pm. All day use visitors must have a $5 pass.
Picnic Shelters B, D & E
Located within South Falls Day Use Area, three quaint shelters are available for use during hours of operation. Each shelter though slightly different, has running water, electrical outlets, fireplace, minimal lighting, trash bins and numerous picnic tables. Shelter B is situated atop of a moderate hill among a historic orchard. Shelter D, located close to the swimming area, provides the easiest access to parking area and restroom. The largest, most secluded of the shelters; E, is within a short walk across Silver creek. Shelters B & D are $50 per day for the first 50 people. A $1 per person fee is charged thereafter up to a 200 person maximum. Similarly; picnic shelter E is $100 and includes the first one hundred people, with a $1 per person fee thereafter. All day use vehicles must have a $5 day use pass.
