Here are the Visitor's Tales for Farewell Bend State Recreation Area.

Just wanted to thank the man who encouraged us to camp in Oregon! We had a wonderful time! Visited 4 of your parks, camped at Champoeg and Farewell Bend, and enjoyed it all! Your campgrounds are VERY nice! The one at Farewell Bend is especially well planned and cared for. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

I've heard of the park [Farewell Bend] for years but didn't visit until recently. My son's first grade class organized an educational outdoor camp out. Your facilities and staff are wonderful. We "roughed" it, by sleeping in the teepee's and the covered wagons. What a great experience. I was impressed with the site. It's worth the two to three hour drive. I plan to bring my family to your park soon.
